We’re in love with the products we carry- and we think you will be, too. That said, we know that fit is a tricky subject, and you might need to return or exchange an item from time to time. Our goal is to make the return/exchange process as seamless and hassle-free as we can for you.

But ladies- please note. When you’re returning an item – it needs to come back to us unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it. This means no odor, no makeup smudges, no markings, etc. You understand, right? We can’t return something as sensitive as undergarments to our inventory if it’s not in perfect, new condition. We’ll be taking a close look at each piece of returned merchandise to make sure it meets these criteria – and for the health and safety of our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that appear unhygienic.

Here are some tips to make sure you pass our “return test”:

· Try on the garments after a shower- and before you apply perfume or deodorant. Perfume and deodorant can leave marks or strong scents and leave the item un-returnable.

· Make sure to leave all tags intact and attached to the garment.

· If the product you ordered has a “crotch” (panties, shapewear, swimwear), try it on over your own clean underwear. Like we said, we can’t put dirty underwear back into our inventory…ew, ew, ew. Swimwear makes things a little easier- as they include a protective liner in the crotch. Leave that protective liner in place. We can’t take swimwear back without it.

· If you’re mailing back a structured-cup bra, please make sure the package you use doesn’t squish the cups and ruin the integrity of the bra. Feel free to return in the same packaging that was originally sent to you.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Instructions:

We include easy-to-follow instructions with each order that goes out – and you have our guarantee that we’ll process your return/exchange as soon as receive it.

Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

1. Try on your supporteDD garment and make sure you love how it fits and make you feel. If not, act fairly quickly. Returns need to be received within 30 days of the shipment date. If you’ve lost track of time and more than 30 days have passed since we shipped out your package, we will need to charge a re-stocking fee of $10 per item to accept your return. That amount will be deducted from your refund total.

2. Fill out the form that came with your shipment (this is important, we need this form!) and use the return sticker label. If you’ve lost that label, you can address your package to:

3. If you’re exchanging your product, supporteDD will cover the re-shipping the cost of the new/revised product. You won’t pay for shipping twice just because you need a new size or color. No way.
